Issues & Priorities

I have officially decided to run for US House of Representative for DIstrict 2 in KY. I feel that the time has come for the divisiveness to see it’s end, and seek common ground with the public to help unite us for the greater good. We face major problems in the foreseeable future, and are in dire need of a Representative who will stand for our wants, needs and GOD given RIGHTS as citizens. The District 2 Incumbent has been in office for almost 10 years now. And time after time he has proven to not align with our beliefs nor care enough to voice concern or ask about them. I have watched my community fall victim to the corrupt Local, State and Federal politicians long enough. We must show out in the PRIMARIES and VOTE in order to seek the change we so desperately need. And if not, the Republican party will, once again, gain power in the House and Senate, both State and Federal, and NOT do a thing we ask. Just like the old Michael Malice quote, “Conservatism is just Progressivism driving the speed limit.” They have literally proven this to be true year after year. They actually decided to run the 2022 election with absolutely no plan or bills to advocate other than “We must resist the Democratic Socialist agenda.” This should be infuriating to my fellow Republicans. I believe change is necessary in order for us to move forward as a society and stop pretending like these current politicians, who’ve been in office for 10+ years, have our best interest at heart. It is crucial now, more than ever, to start electing those who understand and can relate to the average citizen, refusing to fall in line with the elitists in D.C. It is time we use COMMON SENSE and REASON when working on solutions for America’s future. And I will never sponsor a bill that does not benefit the citizens of Kentucky first and foremost. Unlike my opponent, I stand to liberate our citizens rather than restrict them. Below are some of the top subjects I will be campaigning on.

I WILL BRING BACK MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE JOBS TO KY!

We have seen many companies abandon our community over the past few decades. It is time we offer major tax incentives, in our district, for manufacturing and warehousing companies who will provide 250+ employees. I will not advocate for an increase of big corporate retail stores, being that I believe locally owned “Mom and Pop” businesses should be put first. But, when it comes to categories such as factories and warehouses, I see only a benefit to the community for more long-term alternatives in financial gain. For example, if a major retail company decides they can just close down brick and mortar in our community, and successfully counter the sales with online deliveries. We must consider the repercussions that can hold on our job losses, and the reliance that now falls on our USPS (our government funded business), UPS, FedEx and others. I advocate that we provide incentives for corporations such as this, and ask that they invest in a warehouse here in the state of Kentucky, that would serve as the middleman for deliveries in the midwest region. More jobs, and much less reliance on out-of-state shipping being that they can now house more available items between each shipment coming in.

I STAND FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM AND LIBERTY!

Our local Churches, sanctuaries and places of worship were brought to close in 2020 due to being deemed non-essential. I vow to always stand for our right to worship, and will never ask our Religious leaders in the community to close their doors to the public. Mental Health is definitely a priority for all, and taking away one’s ability to worship and practice their faith is, by far, a violation of our Constitutional and GOD given right.

I VOW TO ONLY REPEAL AND NEVER ADD RESTRICTIONS TOWARDS GUN OWNERSHIP!

Our 2nd Amendment is attacked all across America to a point it has been deemed irrelevant. I will always stand for our right to bear arms. And I 100% disapprove of the Red Flag Laws, due to the fact we already have laws in place to help prevent those with mental health issues from harming one’s own self or others. Suicide and Murder are accomplished by far more obtainable objects then just guns. And to put our local law enforcement in a position to remove these assets without due process, is just a risk that should not be taken lightly. Just as Marcy’s Law, the literature of the bill is far too broad, and can be construed to help the Government and others in allowing those with bad intentions to take advantage and limit your rights to a fair trial with due process. AND IF FEDERAL OR STATE LAWMAKERS TRY AND INFLICT GUN LAWS THAT LIMIT OUR CAPACITY OR OWNERSHIP ABROAD, WE WILL FILE SANCTUARY.

I VOW TO CRACK DOWN ON COLLEGE TUITION COSTS AND REQUIREMENTS!

Did you know that our KY Lottery is used to finance just the lottery retailers, office, staff, and College tuition for students who earn a scholarship? I believe we should start requiring Colleges to agree and accept the same percentage of scholarship/grant money for students without the requirement of our State and Federal Governments assistance. Rather than using taxpayer money to make up the difference, colleges should consider it a civil duty to our community to allow such discounts without bail. Between the grants, alumni donations and sporting event sales, they should clearly accept less profit and eat the savings that have been promised to exceptional and deserving students who earned their right to a scholarship. And if they think this will allow for inflated costs to those who are not granted such scholarships/grants, we will then discuss opening up more competition to the market, eliminating out-of-state tuition, Federal assistance, etc. This can be done.

I WILL NOT SIGN ANYTHING REQUIRING VACCINE MANDATES AND/OR BILLS THAT HELP PROVIDE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR STATE OR FEDERALIZED VACCINE DATABASES!

Sadly, my opponent believes in both of these, having signed into law H.R. 550 that allowed for a federalized vaccine database to be developed and used for tracing. But, this should not come as a shock considering Guthrie has already accepted $29,500 from PFIZER and is one of the only Congressman to not only receive money from JOHNSON & JOHNSON, but a wapping $24,000 at that. After researching 100’s of Congress and Senate campaigns, this is by far the most amount of money I’ve seen given by these two companies. Wow.

I WILL HELP END ALL RACIALLY MOTIVATED INDOCTRINATION AND SEGREGATION BROUGHT INTO K-12 SCHOOLS!

We must never allow our children to be told they are limited, different, oppressive or oppressed based on the color of their skin. Our community stands to treat all children equal, never dismissing another based on these racist beliefs. We must focus on the teaching of world history and the present day with an unbiased format, allowing for our kids to learn of both the faults and victories of our predecessors. Western Civilization has progressed in a manner unlike ever before, and our young generation should never be held to a standard that is no longer relevant. They must be free thinkers who have access to all knowledge of history, in hopes that they can become freethinkers and learn from past judgements good and bad. In no way should this statement be construed in thinking that I advocate for the dismissal of specific teachings over others. I stand for quite the opposite, wanting as much history as one can gain access to while enrolled in our school systems.

I WANT TO SEE A HEALTHCARE SYSTEM THAT IS TRANSPARENT!

It is a fact that our healthcare, overall, is above and beyond in comparison to any other country. For a hospital to not turn down an individual in need. For the wait on procedures to not be averaged to months and years unlike other western countries. But, we need transparency. We need to know what costs we’re looking at for simple checkups, x-rays, MRIs, etc. We need to have the freedom to price shop when available. This can and will open competition and reduce costs for the consumer. And we need to put an end to the inflated pricing shown towards our Insurance companies. For example, let’s just say I have insurance that covers 75% of the cost towards the surgery I’m needing. They then send me a bill for my insurance showing $10,000, requiring me to cover $2,500. After the fact I find out my insurance only paid around $3,000 because they can work out a deal with the Physician’s office. This should not be an option, and I should have only been liable for $750 by the end of that negotiation. Not sold on how this works, just try going to your next appointment and discuss the total cost for your upcoming surgery while they’re holding your insurance card. Then go back and tell them you don’t have insurance. That bill will drop from $10,000 to like $4,000. It’s blatant robbery, and must be stopped.

I WILL WORK WITH LOCAL FARMERS BIG AND SMALL!

Working with local Farmers and helping negotiate deals with corporate owned grocery providers. Requiring a sold percentage higher than 33% to come from in-state farms. I understand that not all fruits and vegetables can be grown within the state of Kentucky on a mass scale, yet for those items that can, we must fight for the local farmers big or small, to insure they have fair contracts that will favor our community and help free up our reliance on international and world-wide trade. With seeing the shortages come about these last couple years, I believe it has opened the eyes of many, just on how important it is not to be so dependent on supply chains run by out-of-state corporations. We also need to see more small farmers, organic or not, with acreage less than 100, who can provide for their families on a reasonable wage. We will also be reducing the amount of pesticides used on our fresh fruit and vegetables considering the fact that our produce will no longer be required to cross state lines. Majority of our local farmers only produce food that is not being sent off for human consumption, but rather as resources to a product or mineral being manufactured. Changing this up will increase our farmers revenue, and again, allow for small farms to make a better living. I am also wanting to work with local cattle, beef and dairy farms, to help come up with a plan to bring back more revenue to the smaller operations. They too need help in gaining access on the shelves of our local grocery stores. And I vow to do everything in my power to see that come to fruition.

I STAND FOR SCHOOL CHOICE!

We must always put our children first. And if you feel it’s necessary to enroll your child into a different school? Well, that’s your prerogative. The Government should not tell you where your child has to attend. That is solely up to you.

I WILL ADVOCATE FOR U.S. ENERGY INDEPENDENCE!

We must not fall victim to OPEC and Russia affecting our oil industry and gas tax. We have to get back to opening the Keystone XL Pipeline, and tend to the 185+ others in current operation.

I WILL ADVOCATE FOR KENTUCKY ENERGY INDEPENDENCE!

Most communities in Kentucky rely solely on major power plants located out-of-state, hoping they stay operational and provide for our citizens. It is detrimental that we take control of our own energy, and not rely on states, such as Michigan, for our power source. Therefore, I seek that we bring Salt Ethereum Nuclear Plants to the state, and provide for our own on a much more efficient, safe and cheaper solution. No, these Nuclear Plants will not fall at risk of having a meltdown like our current Nuclear Plants; mainly due to the use of molten fluoride salts as the primary coolant. China is already investing in several plants for their nation, due to the reliance and safety the Ethereum method provides. Let’s be honest here. Federal and State governments tend to hate Nuclear Energy due to its ability to run for 75+ years without being dependent on coal, oil, alternative fuel, etc. Facts show that with mechanical maintenance from pipe fitters, engineers and other skill based jobs being the only real factor, there is no cheaper and more efficient method. And it may be 30+ years before we figure out Nuclear Fusion. We must act quickly, due to the fact that major solar panel and windmill companies are already trying to cut 30+year leases on farmland around our communities. And if we have learned anything from others’ mistakes, it’s that 500 acres of solar panels is still not enough to cover even 1/100th of our district. And at the end of that 30 year lease, we will be left with the aftermath of scraps left behind, and fields malnourished and unworthy of growing crops for several years after. We can not afford to take on these major changes without making sure our citizens are left with reliable energy and a cheap rate feasible for all classes.

I WILL FIGHT FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!

Small businesses are detrimental to our community, and allow for citizens to become an entrepreneur, providing for their family while doing what they love. Our local entrepreneurs must have access to funds and resources to better increase their probability of financial gain, not lessen. Tax incentives for small businesses is a must for the community. And never forget that our local small businesses have been run through the ringer these last couple years, being deemed non-essential while big box stores remained open. This must never be allowed again! And we must also fight back against the large investors who believe it’s ok to invest in commercial property, offer inflated costs /sqft to our small businesses, and allow for a building to stand vacant for years on end. We literally have retail spaces that have been on the market for 15+ years without a tenant! This has to be looked at.

I STAND FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT!

I truly believe that law enforcement is crucial in maintaining a peaceful community. I believe we need more training, better equipment and more accountability within the departments in order for our officers to accomplish their job effectively and with less risk to all. However, I will be quick to resist any office who believes it is ok to go against their vowed pledge and be used to enforce any unconstitutional laws put in place by leaders who sign Mandates and/or Executive Orders without going through the legislative process.

I WANT TO MAKE SURE OUR MEDICINE IS MADE IN THE U.S.A.!

We can no longer rely on China to be the main distributor for our essential medications. We need to do everything we can to make sure we bring these jobs back to the States, and become independent. If you research the matter, you’ll see that some argue China holds the majority of rare substances and pharmaceutical ingredients. Whether that is true or not, I would rather see us try and stockpile as much as possible, while manufacturing our medications here in the U.S.A.

I WILL WORK WITH LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES ON A 5 YEAR PLAN TO END ALL KY STATE INCOME & PROPERTY TAXES!

I believe that using resources and contacts from TN, FL and TX, we can come up with a 5 year plan to eliminate State tax for our citizens. Compare State budgets, and see what exactly we are missing. I find it odd that these three states have been able to accumulate more in savings over the past several decades, while obtaining a much more efficient infrastructure. A good example would be the user-friendly dot gov website for business owners, unemployment seekers, etc., to access their information and file online. Tennessee’s TNTAP website is leaps and bounds better when compared to our OneStop; having eliminated the need for so many small business owners from referring back to their accountant for monthly and quarterly filings. It seems KY is behind on so many levels that results in only costing our citizens more rather than saving.

I WILL HELP GET FIBER OPTIC RAN THROUGHOUT OUR DISTRICT!

If you look around the US, many states have rural areas with high speed internet access up to 1gb/s. This is due to Federal Grants that have been handed out for decades now. I don’t understand how my opponent has received $55,000 from AT&T and $65,000 from Comcast and Time Warner, yet we still have one of the worst states when it comes to internet access. I will do everything I can to make sure we receive these grants, and build our infrastructure to relieve our rural areas of this issue.

I WILL ADVOCATE FOR ONLINE SPORTS BETTING IN KY!

When it comes to online sites such as DraftKings and FanDuel, and others alike, I believe we have a right to participate. We already allow for horse racing to be bet on in this fashion. So what’s the difference? While I’m not a huge fan of casino’s being placed in our District, I do not see why we must limit ourselves access to these online sport betting sites.

I BELIEVE IN DECRIMINALIZATION OF MARIJUANA USAGE!

And all prior convictions should be deemed null and void. Now, while I may agree that Adults 18+ should be able to make their own choices, I want to make sure we take into account the fact that not all brains are fully developed by the age of 25. And we should do everything we can to make aware of the effects caused by alcohol and marijuana while still in the 25 years of development. I understand 21 is the legal limit for alcohol, and that alcohol is much more harmful than marijuana. I just don’t want to see advertisements from corporations large or small, who advocate/persuade/influence the younger generation, but rather inform society of the importance of maintaining one’s health, making sure nothing contradictory is considered the “NORM”.

I WILL DEMAND THAT ALL PROCESSED FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS BE LABELED WITH CLEAR INGREDIENTS THAT HELP WITH ALLERGY CONCERNS!

I have a family member who has been diagnosed with Alpha-Gal, and will be the first to bring up how insanely difficult it is to find out what all ingredients are used in making the products we depend on everyday. Specific foods, toothpaste, lotion, and even Coca-Cola products are made with mammal based products. It is insanely hard to decipher the labels being that some of the ingredients and substances are referred to by different names depending on the companies. Regardless of what type of allergy you have, the corporations should be obligated to provide us with all the necessary information with regards to any ingredients that would be deemed worrisome.

I AM NOT ANTI-UNION JOBS WHATSOEVER!

I grew up with a family who worked in the Carpentry, Pipefitter, BoilerMaker and Electrician Union. And I see many benefits as a result. But I also got to witness how the current workers are having their retirement points dropped more than half of what they were in the 90’s. It seems an employee who paid their dues for 30 years and retired in 1999 is able to draw almost double the amount per month then someone who retires in 2021. And we all know the old retiree did not pay more union dues then the next guy, but rather the exact opposite. If you research the reasoning from the Union Hall today, you’ll see them complaining about how Obama placed a limit on the amount eligible for the overall bank account that they hold the pension money in. Well, if that’s the case, I suppose they can not accumulate more interest due to less money being held at a single given time. Ok, so we may look into reversing that law. But are they reliant on accumulated interest, mutual funds or personal investments? Because that excuse only goes so far when looking at the investments made by the Unions. At the end of the day, we need to make sure that everyone has the workers interests and returns as a priority, and that each individual really gets a better return than someone who just throws their money into a somewhat safe 7% return out of a 401k or something.

I WILL STAND WITH TX, NM AND AZ TO HELP FINISH THE WALL!

We have already paid for the services and equipment. Now we have to sit and watch the materials rot? No. We will finish the job, and analyze how successful the wall has been towards preventing illegal migration into our country. We owe it to the women and children who have lost their lives trying to cross in such horrible conditions, to never allow another family to attempt that journey again. We need a stable border in order to move the annual funds to what’s really important. An increase in staff and equipment for our immigration offices and border checkpoints. If we can create a system that runs more efficiently, then we can start to increase processing speeds and focus more on families that are in true need of our assistance.

I WANT TO ELIMINATE LOBBYING IN WASHINGTON D.C.!

I find it offense that my opponent has barely received 5% of his campaign donations from actual residents from our District. Over 90% coming from PACs and Lobbyists out of D.C. None of which have our best interest at heart. This has to end. And I honestly can’t wait to present a bill asking my constituents to rebut my claims and explain to the public as to why we should not abolish lobbying in its entirety.

I WILL FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE FEDERAL RESERVE, CONGRESS AND SENATE ON ALLOWING TO MOVE AWAY FROM BACKING THE FEDERAL DOLLAR WITH GOLD AND PETROLEUM! We have watched our Federal Government go from backing our money with Gold, then petroleum, and now they want to scratch all of that and start backing our currency with American land. This should not be allowed. We are not a society willing to lease our land and hold such a liability to our citizens. We must repeal the Build Back Better plan, and get rid of the Government’s goal of consuming 50%, 35% or even 30% of our land. This should be looked at as an infringement on our people; never to be tolerated.

I WILL HELP END INFLATED BUDGET COSTS TOWARD IRRELEVANT NGOs!

Ending inflated budget costs toward NGOs that are deemed ineffective, meaningless or past due when accomplishing their goals. Freeing the money from these programs will save the taxpayer billions each year, and help bring down debt that has fallen upon us and our future generations to pay off.

I WANT TO HELP DECENTRALIZE THE INTERNET AND GET RID OF BIG TECH CENSORSHIP!

We can all agree that we currently have laws in place that restrict terroristic threatening, sexual harrassment, etc. We do not advocate for content containing s***** abuse or child p**********. And those found online should be removed and indicted with due process. However, opinion towards a matter, or questioning a narrative is never to be censored. We, as a free society, are filled with freethinkers who have the intelligence to base opinions about information when given the ability to hold debates and view rebuttals from such content. Not allowing such discourse only limits our ability to seek truth, and fall vulnerable to unreliable, misinformed sources. I will also back what Elon Musk is creating with Starlink; allowing everyone across the world access to high-speed internet.
